5 new Campaigntrack Platform updates to streamline your day.
From day one, the whole idea of the Campaigntrack platform has been to make your lives as agents easier. We find it pretty humbling that with such a simple aim, we’ve become the industry’s leading provider of property marketing services. But since we launched our first products 20 years ago, the industry has changed – a lot. And we’ve learned that staying at the forefront of the proptech space is all about innovation and improvement.
We’re excited to show you these 5 (yes, 5!) latest developments to the Campaigntrack Platform:
1. Help!
If you’re new to the platform, or if you just need a refresher on that page you haven’t seen in a while, now you have access to a handy Help widget – a database of comprehensive video tutorials that can take you through the fundamentals. Most FAQs have been remade as short, simple videos or documents – perfect for upping your Campaigntrack knowledge.
2. Copy + Paste
One of the best new time-saving features of the updated platform is the ability to copy resources from one campaign to another. There’s now no need to start from scratch on a new listing – photos, floorplans and copywriting can all be moved between jobs quickly and easily through the Campaign Dashboard.
3. Fast-tracked messaging
Now you have the option to contact a graphic designer straight from your artwork screen. If you urgently need offline changes made to your artwork, you can message the designer directly from the Online Design page and request the necessary updates.
4. Improved Search and Toggle
Based on your recent feedback, we’ve made some dynamic upgrades to a couple of key tools. The Search bar will now follow you across every page, so you always have a convenient way to find what you’re looking for. And if you need to switch back and forth between different offices in the system, the Toggle feature has been tweaked so that it has its own separate icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Sold! (or Leased!)
To keep things organised, we’ve introduced capabilities to mark your campaigns as ‘sold’ or ‘leased’. If you’re worried about old (inactive) listings cluttering your Active Campaigns list, now after every successful sale or lease you can update the campaign’s status and make sure only the most relevant ones are displayed.
If you like the sound of these changes, we’ve got more great news: there are further updates coming real soon. We’re currently working on integrating a slick new ‘Design All’ feature within our new Campaign Dashboard.
